Hello and welcome potential Fk applicants. This thread will alleviate any pressure or angst you might have before applying to our clan. I will be going over basic application rights and wrongs as well as action and initiatives you should take as the applicant. Let's get started.

Let's analyze this application. (Questions that are necessary to the application will be marked with an asterisk.)
In-Game Handle & Alias(s)*: I only gave my common in-game handle. This is fine if you have only ever used one name before but I doubt you have. If you have any currently used or potentially used alias(s) you need to list them in said specified section so we won't have a hard time finding you and interacting with you.
Real Name & Age: Your real name and age isn't mandatory on the application (*but upon passage you will have to tell current clan leader that information for better contact. Said current clan leader won't disclose any of your personal information to the clan). A benefit to disclosing this information is a higher chance of conversation with our members as this information is personal it makes you more susceptible to relation.
Why You Want To Join: This question is imperative to your passage/denial. It reflects your personality regarding your preferences and wants, after all there are other clans. So why would you want to join ours? Answer genuinely.
Clan Experience*: This section I commonly see people boasting their best clans and leaving the lesser ones out. We don't mind if you were in a terrible clan or an amazing one prior to your app. We just need to know all the experience you have.
Favorite Aspect: This should be specific. Your favorite thing to do in Tremulous 1.1, it gives us insight on what type of player you are.
Ex. - Joining humans and building unique and efficient bases.
- Jetpacking and reigning havoc on the opposition.
- Going on grangerrink and sliding around :p
The Appeal: This answer should be written after spending a fair amount of time around our clan. In this section we like to see specifics and truths. Comment on our unity, our teamwork, or our constant communication. Something that seems appealing and unique to our clan that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Appeal is something that draws you in and merits desire.
Your Employment*: Obviously if you work numerous amounts of hours per week you shouldn't be applying to a clan that requests devotion, let alone play Tremulous on a regular basis. Numerous amounts include 10-12 hour work days. However if you feel comfortable with applying while currently employed in a demanding field or place of work then by all means take a stab at it. On the other hand, if you only work part time or are a student at university or college then you probably have enough time on your hands to manage a clan and Tremulous. Just please put your hours for every day of the week, try to make it a worst-case scenario so we can prepare for your possible absence.
Contribution: Contribution doesn't demand heavy server work or knowledge of constructing forums or coding. We're just looking for your absolute best. Even if your contribution is just playing every day or being active on the forums that would be sufficient.
Timezone & Location*: Disclosing your timezone is
necessary in your application process, it lets us know what time you operate by and what possible hours you can be on.
Vouching/How to Find a Voucher*: An in-clan voucher is a
must for your application. Apps will be ignored or auto-denied until a voucher is acquired. A voucher
must be a senior member or higher in the clan. If you're nervous or experience anxiety over finding a voucher just try to socialize in game and side with them in public matches. We are always scouting for potential applicants and if you express gregariousness and teamwork you'll most likely be noticed and talked to. Or try to take the initiative and start conversation with the clan member.
Comments, Questions & Concerns: This section isn't necessary but is helpful. Try turning it back on us with a "If you have any questions or comments for me feel free to ask." or try the use of a funny anecdote to further display your personality and humor :)
