Does anyone know of an application I can get for Android that will kick others off of WiFi, or hog bandwidth.
Or some sort of hacked something. I can't find anything surprisingly.

Change your wifi password.

My friend who was a huge xbox gamer would change the password, tell his parents it was broke, and the commence to play and later change the password back after he 'fixed' the problem. It would kick all the people off his internet.

Or instead of being passive aggressive, you can be proactive by moving the router to your room and buying an Ethernet cable.
