Yep. I'm bored as
**** in school, this means meaningless expendable posts that don't really have to be posted but I'd rather make these then right an essay so..
Bird's style guide. (Not gay, don't have a problem with gays either. This is going to sound flamboyant/pretentious/metrosexual, don't worry though I pull
**** so it's cool guys.)
ANYWAYS, this is my style guide for you guys.
So, one of the constants in my life is my wardrobe, I'm a big fan of designer and street wear. Some of my favorite brands include;
Polo Ralph Lauren
Air Jordan/Nike
Vineyard Vines
Lacoste
Michael Kors
Brooks Brothers
Diamond Supply
Vans
Tommy Hilfiger
etc.
NOW, TO START THIS OFF. DON'T WEAR ANY FAKE CLOTHING
FAKE CLOTHING INCLUDES: USPA (UNITED STATES POLO ASSOCIATION/ASSN.) DON'T
**** WEAR THIS, IT'S LOGO IS A POLO HORSE WITH
TWO JOCKEYS, YES TWO. THE ORIGINAL REAL POLO RALPH LAUREN ONLY HAVE 1 JOCKEY.
Now, my typical school outfit includes some nice khakis with either a polo ralph lauren oxford or a regular polo. Today I'm rocking a Red Ralph Lauren Oxford, some Levi khakis, polo ralph lauren socks, and sperry top siders.
Okay, next I'll go through each piece of clothing with some appropriates and some inappropriates
(Any of the brands above)
Shirt/Top: T-shirts, Crewnecks, Hooded Sweatshirts, Sweatshirts, Polos, Oxfords, Tank Tops, etc. (!!!AT All COSTS DO NOT ROCK V-NECKS UNLESS YOU LOOK GOOD IN ONE, TRUST ME DO NOT
**** ROCK A V-NECK THEY'RE GOING OUT OF STYLE FAST!!!)
Bottom/Pant: Khakis, Classic Chinos, Jeans, Cargo Shorts, basketball shorts, Solid Colored Light Shorts, Bermuda shorts, Pajama Pants (if they're fresh). Disclaimer:
****/females love colored shorts, for instance a solid red color or like a nantucket red color,
**** eat that
**** up.
Shoes: Sperry Topsiders, Retro Jordans, Nike Running Shoes, Timberland boots, Vans, Chucks. (Please don't rock adidas or osiris, that's just social suicide. Chucks and Vans will never go out of style and they're cheap. Timbs and Retro Jordans at the cheapest at 160$-190$, I have a pair of both but barely wear them to keep in good condition. I see a lot of white kids like myself wearing nike running shoes and they look pretty sharp, also Sperrys are always a good choice. No matter what the outfit (unless you're hittin the gym) Sperrys are the
****.)
Socks/Underwear/Undershirt: For socks, strive to wear midcalfs with everything. Midcalfs are comfortable, warm, and stylish. But do not by any means rock no name brand midcalf socks, you always want a logo on your socks if they're above 4 inches. Also, for undergarments try to wear a lot of tommy hilfiger, it's cheap, lite and comfortable, it's also classy guys.
Accessories: Gold Watches are
MUST, I have 1 gold Michael Kors watch, 1 white strap Michael Kors watch, Also, incorporate a belt into
EVERY outfit. Don't be a beltless fool. Pants on the ground are not a good look UNLESS you have a gucci belt like I do to show off if they are on the ground.. Even if it's made out of solidified dog
****, always wear a belt cause it's classy and you want to be classy.
Jewelry: Jewelry is almost cool on white people. Now, don't get me wrong.. If you want to rock a jesus piece go for it. However there is a line that shouldn't be crossed when purchasing overly flashy chains or giant rocks for your ears/fingers. We aren't rappers/hip hop artists. We are white kids, so don't rock giant gold chains unless you've got bank.
